I got an apple iPhone 8 from my son, but as he got it ready for me to use something went wrong and and the phone was damaged. The apple store said they can’t fix it, but I must give them the phone and pay R7000 then they will give me a new one. Well I couldn’t afford it.Then by accident I see an add for iphix on the Internet and I called. Well I took the phone to them, I really did not think they will be able to fix it, but to my surprise, the young man called me, I can collect my phone., I can just say one, this young man is friendly, helpful and really go out of his way to get your phone working, thank you again, you are a star.From : Charmaine

The service initially was very good, he came fetched my watch and brought it back the next day. He told me to keep the elastic on until the next day this was 10 March I didn’t use the watch the whole weekend and only removed the elastic 3 days later. The watch worked fine for 2-3 days and the screen came off.I contacted them 16 March he said he would fetch it on Monday however it is almost a month of back and forth now. I am no longer a happy customer my watch is still not working

Great service. We phoned the morning and arranged for the service on site. We are more then 100 Km's from them. They came out and did the work the same day. Will definitely recommend them for fixing of an Iphone. My phone was an Iphone8+. Battery and screen replaced.

I had such a beautiful experience and I am so happy. My iPhone 11 Pro Max had fallen into a pool and I took it to istore where they said they don’t fix liquids. I then took it to 2 other companies and they said it was not fixable. The last guy said it was as good as dead. I then found Iphix on Facebook and Lord knows how depressed I was. They collected my phone at work and fixed it and delivered it back and it’s properly working.Thank you so much
