Clear Water Pools

Very disappointed in the service from the Port Elizabeth Clearwater Pools.Once the pool was eventually completed (months after the agreed upon date) there were numerous problems and the email address that was previously used for contact now says 'Unrouteable address all three contact numbers are either disconnected or no answer. There is no help from the main Clearwater pool brand in assisting me to establish contact with their "representative" - even after several phone calls and a few emails - and even though my pool pump was well within warrantee I had to pay someone else to fix it and replace the timer because I could not find anyone at ClearWater Pools willing to assist me.If you are building/repairing a pool - definitely find someone else who will offer a more reliable follow up service.I wanted to put Zero stars out of five - but then it doesn't allow you to post."
