I found the past month the food quality has deriorate tremendously, the pitas are being cut open completely like a bun. The wraps and pitas are always soggy and sauces are leaking through the pitas bag as well as the carrier bag each time.

Old, crusty dry chips, easily two days old. They made me wait for 10 minutes in the parking lot as if this meal was gonna be fresh... 7 Months prior to this they made me pay twice for my food claiming that one of the payments would reverse. I went back a week later and got lots of stories from the manager that don't make any sense.

So highly disappointed with Nandos Rooihuiskraal, Mall @ Reds MallWe purchased 2 Chicken, Avo, Halloumi Bouji Bowl..We practically received half portions. ( See pic where i moved it to one side)You still request us to donate towards the poor.How Ironic.Its people like you that make us poor.We are paying you for your food and your pathetic service !In the name of humanity!!! Show some resoect!

Half full Boujee bowl and cold.Wouldn't recommend this Nandos. Jean crossing is better at the moment.

Staff unbelievably noisy. I could not even hear what my partner was saying to me. Staff chatting to each other behind the counters. Screaming at each other instead of talking in a decent manner. I wish I could record this for you.

Ordered via the app for a drive-thru pick-up, planned my arrival so that I could just pick up and go, only to be told that I need to go into the store and then had to wait an additional 20 minutes to collect my food.Ps ... the food was great

When their food is good, it's great. Unfortunately they get my order wrong 70% of the time over last 9 years. Making extra hot when ordering mild, forgetting cheese on burgers, missing items. Not supporting anymore after 100's of failed promises by management.

No complaints. Food was tasty and service was on point. Somehow the food tastes nicer in the restaurant rather then takeaway. I went for lunch two days in a row because...yum
