Very bad repair service. It took for months to get our watch back. They didn't even bother to call us to notify us the watch was there.

Excellent customer service. Well trained to answer every question a customer asks. Repair time is amazing. Communication via customer and the store is exceptional.

One of the worst Fossil branches I’ve ever been in. I handed in my Fossil sunglasses for a very easy and simple repair, all it needed was a new screw. I was told this could not be done in store and the pair has to be sent to their warehouse/factory for repairs. (Ridiculous when you consider all that was needed was a screw) I waited 6 weeks! 6 weeks later I finally get a sms to say my sunglasses are back but “could not be repaired”.I went to go pick up my sunglasses from the store where I had to wait 15 min to be assisted as the agent was more concerned with his commission from a possible sale than with me standing there waiting for service. I then took my sunglasses to a SPECSAVERS who not only helped me right away but actually fixed my sunglasses for me.Next time I won’t waste my time or Petrol driving to this Fossil.

Very poor service. They actually charged me R180 to change my FOSSIL watch battery and actually wanted to charge me extra to polish the watch? No way and never again will I go back

Great store setup i must say that the items were pricey but worth it ....... great place for people who like quality and the brand as whole .... great customer service and its worth the coin.

Very disappointed with the service. Had to wait 10 weeks for a watch repair. They did not attempt to keep me updated either.
