Foschini - Walmer

Was helped at the cosmetic department and assisted by the salesman from SMASHBOX, who was informative, offered advice and knew what would work for me...definitely worth a return visit....will done ✔ guys

I was recently searching for a pair of Ipanema sandals. Browsing the online store, it indicated that there was a pair in stock at the Walmer branch. I drove all the way to Walmer Park to grab that pair, but to my disappointment, there was none in stock.Even though, I ended up not being able to purchase what I wanted, I absolutely received the very best customer service from Foschini Walmer Park. The staff, especially the manager, was extremely helpful. I walked out of that shop knowing that the manager did everything in her power to assist me (from phoning other branches to contacting the online store).Thank you very much. Keep up the excellent work.

I love the new colorful range. Whoever is the merchandiser understood the assignment. Too slow when it comes to cashiers though

We got the best possible service and my wife very happy with the Quality of clothing she bought.

Wide variety of clothing, but not a wide variety of sizes available. Mostly small sizes available. They can try to have more plus sizes.

Sometimes stocks are all over the show and disarranged. Staff is slow but at least they are friendly. Walkway is open and clean.

I simply love Foshini clothing. Quality is excellent and style.

Horrible service and terrible experience. Will never use this branch ever again.Never been so humiliated and made to feel like a thief through their lack of customer care.

This is my favourite store . The store manager is an absolute gem. The staff is so well trained . What a pleasure to shop here
