Beautiful place but terrible service. Would not consider staying there again. Too many hassles considering the price. The property manager we reported an issue we were having with the electricity connection to, was extremely condescending and rude for no reason she kept trying to speak over me. Very thankful however for the security guard that tried to be of assistance.

If you want a quiet relaxing time don't book here. This is not your home away from home type of setup. People are inconsiderate with no respect for neighbors or when sharing of pool/gym/laundromat/open spaces.

Not considerate.... You can't even have a decent chat with your friends without being bullied. We had no sound system but we were constantly told that we were making noise which wasn't the case. As soon as you check in as a guest you'll be bullied until you check out. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wishes to have an audience. Waste of tourist money

What an amazing place to book when you want peace and quietness. Security guards were friendly, and the place was clean. If I had to neatpick, I had a problem with the fact that we didn't have access to cleaning materials, but other than that, it's great. Access to strong wifi and Netflix on the TV is a nice addition.

The security is welcoming and I feel at home just that I needed to get some cleaning stuff and food but other than that it's a great experience and cozy place.

Stayed in Coral point from the 6th to 8th and me my boyfriend had an absolute pleasure staying there. The location was great, it was clean and the beach sight was amazing. The security guards were very humble and helpful. I highly recommend!
