I have been seeing Dr Parker for about 8 months and I have never in my 33 years been so at ease and comfortable with someone. She is walking a spiritual journey with me but is also helping me deal with stuff. I have seen many therapists in my life but none who get" me the way she does. She is loving

UnprofessionalI searched for a psychologist in my area because I realized that I needed help urgently I was burned out and depressed, tormented with selfharming and suicidal thoughts.Dr Erika was late for my session I had to wait 15 min before going in. Nobody was at the reception desk while I was waiting (didn't even know if I was at the right place)15 min in to our session, that I paid for in full, we were interrupted for her morning breakfast. 15min later interrupted again with a nother meal a spoon of peanut butter. I didn't feel like se had any interest in my mental health and only cared about the final payment.No follow-up plan was discussed I left with more insecurities, unsure how to manage my thoughts and emotions and what the next step should be. Her advice was do more self care"I know you can't make a connection with a Psychologist in the first session but my experience with Dr Erika wasn't great at all.(This happend in January
