Between J-P van der Poel and Rienke Potgieter, they sold our house within 1 day of going to market with it, plus they obtained the asking price. Wow! OK, maybe they were lucky, but their service throughout the process was also completely professional. They arranged for all mandatory compliance certificates, conveyancing and legal, and even last minute details on handover day. We were kept informed every step of the way by Liezl who looks after the office admin. We got the sense that, as a seller, they had our interests looked after, yet at the same time the service to the buyer was also impeccable. Would we use them again? Absolutely! I stayed at an apartment rental with them. Experience was great to start with when applying and handling all the admin. However, the communication slacked off and was very poor once lease ended and we were handling admin and getting our deposit. Felt very insincere. Will definitely think long and hard before consulting with this firm again.
