Excellent service! I had an issue with vibration upon accelaration in my Audi A4 and they identified issue with CV joints, gearbox mounts, they did replace CV joints and boot and issue was fixed then. They have reasonable price too.

Well every time I come here my car comes out feeling good and looking great , I do spend quite a bit compared to the guys in the township yet it’s been worth every penny this far my Strewbee sitting at 240 000 km and she’s running like a Swiss Whistle.Jade does get busy at the reception not responding to WhatsApp yet when you get there she’s on the ball better call her as it does get busy.Side note - Don’t take your car ANYWAY to get checked or fixed during a Mercury Retrograde you will regret.

Asked Owen for a quotation on labour only to replace a cambelt as I had a oem kit , and he refused stating he does not work like that. Customer should not be punished if he can supply genuine vw material

I brought my VW Polo to these guys since the rear wheels were making some howling noise. There was also a tapping noise coming from the front wheels on bumpy roads. I told them to do the diagnosis. The mistake I made was to hint that I suspect the wheel bearings with regards to rear wheels. First of all they didn't offer to drive the car to hear what sort of noise am I hearing. Later on I got a call from the lady and she confirmed that my wheel bearing were the problem. I then authorized the repairs which came to R3, 800. I then collected the car. I noticed that the 'manager' was reluctant to test drive it with me. He demanded that I make a payment first before the test drive. That raised an alarm. I paid and after that we went for a test drive. To my shock, the noise from the back wheels was still there. I told him that I can still hear it, which means it's a misdiagnosis. He gave me some crazy explanation. Went back to the workshop and he did some manual test on the rear wheels. He concluded that the tires are not evenly aligned and that might be the problem. I then asked if he is certain. He said the only thing that can confirm that is if the wheels are swapped back to front vice-versa. I instructed him to swap the wheels. They did the swap and the noise was transferred from back to front.. meaning the problem was with the tires after all. So I paid R3800 for replacing rear wheel bearings which were perfectly fine. I am a peaceful person, I didn't want to start a fight that I cannot win. It always happens with the guys who don't know their work, you pay for all the guessing. So I swallowed the rip off. My recommendation: only take the car to these guys when you know what is the problem. Absolutely useless with diagnosis.

Didnt have the best experience at all, went to have my clutch changed and minor service, my car has'nt been the same again, bumpy clutch and knocking noises, all of a sudden they cant even respond to whatsapps(which was conveniently and efficiently used during the sale process) or take calls on their landline. couldve taken my car to VW and paid the 2k extra.

I received the most fantastic service from the VA Auto Repairs team. They delivered unrivaled customer service and my car felt brand new when I drove away. They are a great example of how to run a quality business. I will trust them with my vehicle again.

Previously 4 stars, they were absolutely great.Down to 2 now after they didn't put my car back together properly, a wheel nearly fell off, and I had to get new tires after I drove around with the front wheels pointing in different directions for a while after service. This all happened after I was told I needed new shock absorbers, but they ordered the wrong ones. Then kept the car for 3 days.
