Great gym environment. Always clean and staff is friendly. Has all the necessary exercising and leisure facilities.

I was offered a 3 month Vitality trial when I signed up for medical aid. I spoke to the gym on the phone and was told it would cost me R272 each for me and my husband per month.I then drove up to the gym to sign the paperwork and was told before we could go further they needed a R1090 each initiation fee for me and my husband before we could proceed.They want me to pay over R2000 just to try the gym for 3 months to see if I want to join them!!No wonder the gym was absolutely empty when I went in on the weekend when they wanted money for nothing at all!! Absolutely disgusted and disappointed.

Super busy. Nice gym however not enough machines and free weights are all over the place and nobody puts them back in place. So you have to go around hunting for what you need

Worst branch I've been at. Equipment was sticky. Water fountain in pool not working. Tweenies were misusing equipment as if they were at their local public park. Staff did not seem to take control. Condition of pool is the worst I've experienced. First impression that its more geared to a family experience than a person looking for a health and wellness experience - the second pool was mainly children with their guardians. the lap pool tweenies behaved as if they were at their local public pool. In comparison with other branches one could cycle through and focusing on refreshing and re-energizing oneself. The reception staff member was on point and friendly, which was the only positive. If you are looking for a family friendly experience then this gym will probably work for u. I am looking to relax and re-energize therefore the low rating.

Great modern gym equipment, pool area looks great.

Enjoyed most of the workout until maintenence staff cordoned off all the treadmills next to me and then kept looking to see if I was nearly finished. They then proceeded to start stripping the machines next to me. Seems as though they wanted me finished so that they could get on with their work!

Not a customer-centered business. The gym itself is nice and the trainers are good, but the gym policies are ridiculous. The reception staff do not even follow their own policies and pick and choose when to enforce them. I attended this gym for a year, bringing my kids to swim with me. Not until an entire year later do they tell me that my kids were supposed to have a membership the whole time and that all the receptionists that let us in over the last year were wrong. When my spouse brought this up with the receptionist and disagreed with her, she secretly canceled his card. In addition they have no way to track liability forms for their swimming class and make you fill out a form EVERY single visit. Why can't they just put it on their system one time instead of inconveniencing the customer. And God forbid you have to bring your nanny or a family member with you. They will require them to have a passport just to enter. Lastly, do not give the sales reps your phone number. They will bother you non-stop like a car salesman. After a year of bad experiences due to their poor policies and lack of customer service, I have cancelled my membership. Maybe try Constantia....

Very nice! Great parking which is free for members! Tried the Pilates and wow! It was awesome. Stunning pool and it doesn't have that overwhelming chlorine smell like a few other gyms . A really great experience. I'll be back!

Negatives:The machinery is outdated.There is only 1 squat rack.The weights are limited and are very cheap.The steam room is filthy.Also, I'm not a fan of the carpet in the weight section.Positives:The staff is friendly and welcoming.The layout is good, and the pool is great.The Kauai is top-notchThe parking is free, and you scan in using your membership card.Personally, despite the positives, it's overall not a great gym experience as I mainly use the weight section.
