The best compliment I can have is at least it the food wasn't rotten. The chips were extremely stale and not fried well . They had very little spice. The strips had no flavor. Never again

Avoid mochachos. The burger meal cost R96. I waited 25mins for my order to get a cold burger, thin and burnt patty. Avoid this mochachos branch, avoid mochachos all together. Get Pedro's or Gallitos. When I got there the staff were on their phones with no customers. Bad service, very bad value for money. Just avoid.

Standard has dropped, the food tastes bland, and the burgers taste nothing like a Mochachos Burger should and used to taste like, definitely not worth the price AT ALLThey deliver and the chips are still tasty but unfortunately, those are the only 2 positives.

Worst Mochachoes yet.. I orded my food on the Mr D app thinking it would be quicker than normal because everytime I've ordered, the service was pathetic and you end up waiting for like a half an hour after they promise the order would be done. We opt for this one because it is closer to home and it is halaal. I orded tonight at 19:03 and went there at 19:45 just to give them extra time and the order was still not done. It was apparently only chips left to make which took 35 mins. Called the manager and she said there was no issue with the fryer like the staff claimed, she would call the store. I stood there, no call was made and the staff actually laughed because I was upset that it took this long. I used to be a regular customer, they will never see a cent from me again. Pathetic service and pathetic communication..There was plenty other people wanting and complaining. The owner should be ashamed because all he has been getting is 1 star ratings and his doing nothing about it..Pedro's will definitely put him out of business soon!!! The chicken is dry and the burgers have a weird after taste.

Not the 1st time, everytime we order the order takes an hour to get done and then its cold when we get it. The staff blames the equipment and they laugh at us when we say the food is cold. Wont be ordering there ever again and wont recommend this place.Manager refused to accept responsibility, and shrugged it off.

ORDER #8E91DYesterday i ordered my regular burger with chips and coke and what i got yesterday was very disatifying , i got wedges that where over darkend fried wedges , for a lunch meal this was disgusting , who ever over seas the orders that come from the kitchen is clealy not doing what they where suppose to .I will never let anyone eat over fried dry wedges , i do not see why i was exspected to eat this...It does not matter where and who orders food , food like this should not be sold .Clearly the store has a big fat do not care policy becouse it got sent out .I will never order from this store AGAIN .

Staff are incompetent can't take an order,need to repeat atleast twice.Store very always noisy when calling - staff can't hear.Delivery can take 1 and half hours plus - owner doesn't seem interested in the business.Pathetic service

I have been a regular customer at Mochachos Norwood, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. I have received incorrect orders on multiple occasions and it seems that the staff are not paying attention to the details of my orders. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I have received and I hope that the management takes steps to improve the accuracy and attention to detail of their staff.
