You'd be better off going in to the store you wish to order from or use a different delivery service (order in or Uber eats) . When calling delx, you are greeted by an rude and incompetent lady.We were told over the phone that they no longer deliver to our area but the app says otherwise.They also charge for delivery petrol money which could be +R70 which is ridiculous.

Waited for a hour and a half! Just for Nandos takeout to Claremont! And I had to be on phone forever for them to check for me. Very angry.

Changed ownership, franchise failure so started own service.

Good service from the team and delivery guys. I had an issue with credit card payment and some hackers have tried to defraud my card which is now blocked. Be careful when paying with your card.

After just arriving here from overseas, I call to make a simple enquiry - to find out if you deliver to a neighbourhood not listed on the website suburb drop-down menu. I was greeted by a rude girl who was very unwilling to answer my questions (she did not answer two of my questions). I was told it is possible for a special/different fee which is absolutely fine. What she doesn’t get is, not everyone wants to pay cash and would rather pay online, or use SnapScan or Zapper on delivery. In other words, simply advise me how to go about it online, perhaps select a neighbourhood next to me, and enter my address as usual. Incompetent to say the least. Bad attitude. I had to call twice to make her get it. I’m sure I heard her mocking me when I was about to end the second call. This is anything but petty. I have successfully used DelX in cities like Johannesburg.
