Fast and friendly services whenever I need work to be done. I normally use Langenhovenpark RT, but tried Universitas branch as well and recieved the exact same service as Langenhovenpark. Top notch.

Unfriendly, and not in anyway willing to assist a person. Not all are familiar how it works at the shop, so it will only take you a few seconds to assist and you would have had a new customer.

Dreadful service. The lady didn't line my original up correctly and the copy came out with the edge cut off. I asked her to try again because the original wasn't lined up properly on the copier, and she made another copy with the same edge cut off. I got attitude from her when I said that it still wasn't correct, while the senior assistent just ignored what was going on. She still made me pay for the incorrect copies that she made. Luckily I asked for only 1 colour copy to check it first, before she made the others. Ill never use their services again and will not recommend their service to anyone else."
