Definitely not R143 I paid. Tiny portion of calamari and snoek and made to look like a generous portion by filling it up with chips. Food lovers does a better fish and chip at half the price.

Bought a fishcake yesterday paid R18 the size was that of a minceball and pitch black on the outside they must have fried it for a long time also cold seems if they just taken it out of the freezer.Normally a fishcake is the form of a patty this one was round.

I had high hopes for this little establishment. Pricing looks good.Have tried it 3 times over the past 6 months however the food is extremely oily. The Calamari tastes of nothing but oil. The chips are mushy and the battered fish is a let down.

Drove all the way from Strand just to find them closed due to loadshedding. They don’t answer their phones either and just wasted us a whole trip! Never going back again
