Clicks Pharmacy Gordons Bay

Do these people actually EVER answer their phones??? I have been phoning for a few days at various times of the day and there's is just NO answer. This is the last day to order my son's medication as it is end of the month. I guess it won't happen again because there's no one to pick up the phone !!!

Clicks has GOT to update their Sunday closing times it closes 3pm NOT 4pm like they say. We needed meds urgent lucky we made it just in time 2:54! MOST staff was ready to go home already!!!!Another customer heard our conversation and confirmed the web says 4pm. When I told the pharmacist she argued and did not know about it. So PLEASE clicks management ??? It can be serious for some !!!!!!!!!

Got to the till the cashier not even acknowledging the fact that I am standing in front of him as he is too busy laughing with a manager sitting entertaining his staff, takes my things scans doesn't even greet me or tell me my total because he is still laughing and having a ball with the manager sitting there. It really put me off, the service at this clicks has really gone to s**t

Besides the waiting at most stores during peak periods, I have no issues with clicks.I go to many different stores for different people and myself.Staff have always been friendly and accommodating.

This used to be a fantastic pharmacy when the original staff was still there. It has however become mediocre with long queues, slow service, scripts not loaded and failing to process and pack all requested medication. Huge change of attitude since the head pharmacist was replaced.

Love the friendly service and some of the best Clicks staff I have ever encountered!BUT don't try to phone them, no-one ever answers.

Tried getting hold of them telephonically the whole morning, but no luck. Can hear someone answers the call and dials it through to another extension where they just drop the phone in your ear.

This morning as we entered the store for hair products and medication, we went to the aisle where you get your hair products and there were 3 staff members unpacking stock. Now the aisles are not that wide so the space is limited making it difficult to shop for the things I needed as the staff made no attempt to move or leave the aisle for a while so that I as a customer could get my things. Instead they continued with their loud conversation about one of their supervisors who said something to one of them and they felt it was unfair, now the things that was said was not the best thing to be said and definitely not to be said on the shop floor where your customers are shopping. Also another customer came and asked if the store stocked a certain item and the one who was giving advice on the situation regarding the supervisor did not even have to assist the other customer properly, but continued unpacking and told him look on the internet for that product and continued with their conversation, to the point where I felt I could assist him him.Please address this with your staff
