Cell C Alberton City Shopping Centre

They were not helpful, they said they can't make Sim swap for me because my Sim cars was hacked by someone, how fool is that?? Can't they solve that matter

Between your call Centre and the very not friendly staff no one knows what’s going on sending customers from pillar to postAs mentioned he cannot come to the store as he works 12 hours. I was advised to purcahse a SIM card from your call center not you and I actually don’t need the SIM card either so now ?I understand that maybe the store owner allows staff to be on their phones and eat at their desks where customers should be but this is not normal in most companies.When asked if you could call him your advised no but yet people are able to hack Cell C customers . Where are the security questions then.So greatful won’t be apart of Cell C !

Oh dear Oh dear. Went into Cell C in Alberton City for my upgrade that had selected for my new phone and package from their web site. However, I was told that the phone was no longer available despite it being on posters inside the shop and suggested a more expensive phone. I decided wait and look at other packages. I took the chance to try another Cell C outlet in Alberton who advised when I called that the phone and package was still available. Two days later I visited the shop only to be told that the deal had finished the previous day. Not what I would call good customer service. Looks like I will be switching another contract to Vodacom.
