Worst service ever and they keep sending broken tiles and incorrect tiles. I ordered building material and had to sit on the phone for over an hour trying to explain to Zain what I require. I got to mad with their service and asked to get a credit on the building material and was told by Zain that it is not his issue and I must ask their manager. No mater how much you spend at the store, I believe all customers must be treated the same. The only people that helped was Salim and a young guy at the building counter, and the guys working at the paint and sanding side. Customers service should be a priority.

Bought tiles 3days ago,it included cement,grout and bonding liquid..the consultant didn't ask me which brand cement I would like.biggest mistake ontop of that they gave me the wrong tile..wasn'twhat I ordered and paid for..tillers started tilling and 3 days later the tiles did not set/cement does not get dry..tillers told me it was fake cement and the bonding liquid was fake..wouldn't recommend anybody to purchase their products..fake ..fake fake products..paid double for labour and double for tilling products.. they cost me so much money..please do not buy anything at Al's hardware

Price on Flash Harry roof paint and Flash Harry One Shot was good. I couldn't get convincing advice though on whether to use building sand or river sand for my tile roof ridges. And the checkout was slow even though the shop wasn't busy.

So I bought the door from them and it didn’t fit ,it was too big I had to return it but they couldn’t help me instead the manager was sooo rude and left me standing there I had to run after him how is that customer satisfaction and now when I want my money back they are telling me about the 15% deduction for what because now I’m going to lose money over something I don’t want anymore, when I ask him he says it’s written all over the store but I didn’t see any of it even at the tills there’s none of that . They need to close that business because they don’t know what they doing instead they’re doing daily robbery.

Their online prices differ with the one's in store, I went to their store after I saw a roller door with a price of R1699 online, when I got there, I was told it's R2250. Very misleading. Even after I showed them, I was told to order online. How does that make sense yet I am still going to come to the very same store to collect because they don't deliver. You are misleading your customers.
