Worst experience of my lifeThey do not know how to run the business

It was excellent service, I was assisted by Salome. I didn't even take time to drop off my car for repairs

I’ve had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from NMS Auto Body - I had repairs done on two of my vehicles - smooth sailing. Phenomenal job done! Attentive to detail and client satisfaction oriented.

The best in auto body works but very slow, I had to get a courtesy car for more than 30 days. You have to have an additional car if you take your vehicle to them.

Lies lies lies, they towed my car to their panel beater in PLK in 2022 December, my car sat almost a months with nothing being done, the fist lie was that parts for my car where no where else to be found because they aren't being made any more, 2nd lie was told that my car was too expensive to repair. Upon looking for parts by myself I manged to get my car's parts in one day. If you don't call and check on them your car will sit and without being attended to. I don't recommend this company because of their lies.

Professional and friendly service so far.

It took more than 3 months for my car to be fixed. It would take me to call them, always in order to get feedback on the repairs progress. On two occassions, they confirmed my car was ready for collection, only to find some issues that were never attended to despite having emanated from the same accident.If there was zero star rating, I would surely give them a zero.

I am completely satisfies with the paint job. I highly recommend these guys. Everyone who knows that I had an accident and was without a vehicle for almost two months have been asking me where the damage was. I was really worried about the paint job as it is a very complex colour. In fact when my car was parked outside ready to be picked, I had doubts that it was my car. The even got the number plates done for me also. The only dapper is that my oil lamp is always on so will be taking the car back to have that sorted. But either than that I am very happy. Loss for words. I love how they also communicated the reason for the long delay. But once they got the parts, my car was ready within a day. Super impressive right?

The staff at NMS Auto Boday was very friendly and helpful. I had scratches on my door and they took it out without me asking or paying for it! Thank you for your great service and friendliness and going out of your way to make my car spotless.
