Bad service, I usually buy wings and they are forever short, also tried the Tuesday special for 15 wings for R55 but got 11 wings and when I buy 10wings they only put 7/8 and the meat is stale like they reheat it if it's not finished, ul find small cotton traces on the meat.When you buy the combo meal they tell u they don't have cups which means you can't get your drink, but why do they allow you to pay for the food if they don't have the full package? Poor customer service at its best. I have even logged complains several times but still no improvement. #shut it down or change staff and management

Just my thought that Sanitisation stations should function. For a busy place I felt unsafe staff uses gloves, clients are equally important.

My experience last night was horrible because I told to order in the one line and go collect elsewhere. However, at the so called collection point, the person was not calling out order numbers but instead we were expected to give him our order slips then he would go get the order. This led to massive disruptions and I ended up getting the wrong order which I only realised when I got home. In essence, I did not get my money's worth.

Tried to call but your number is not going through.i am totally not happy with one of the stuff her name is Jennifer (Name not spelled correctly) but that's her name is pronounced.Too much attitude towards the customer she refused to help me with placing the food into the paper bag .She told me straight to do it on my own and she wanted to fight me this happened this afternoon around 3:50 pm I don't know if that's how you guys teach your stuff to mistreat customers. I am highly disappointed and not interested to buy my food there anymore.

They started nicely with good service but these days their service is very very poor, you wait too long for orders on top of that their shop is dirty. Please try to clean your store guys, wipe off that dust on the tills. Yerrrr

They are forever out of stuff. If is not small cups is pap. The stuff attitude stinks a lot. If you tell them about something which is wrong, they be calling you by that name when you get your order.
