I priced an aerial for a Ford Fiesta and they were higher priced than the agents .They were however recommended by the agents spares personnel. I guess they had an off day."

Although they are really professional. Their prices are really expensive for used parts. I'd try the agents first next time.

Purchased a sensor for R2850 in August 2021, car still had same problem, returned part and credit was carried fwd 2months later , in Oct 2021, credit still unused so asked for the money back, and was told that they will charge an admin fee of R1300, and only give back R1500 credit physically, seeking legal advice and taking matter up with the consumer council, never in my lifetime will ever buy anything frm this place, even if its for free
