Mac in Cavendish wonderful!! Polite and extremely helpful. Mac in Waterfront was too terrible..they not interested. Asked for a lip pencil and they said they waiting for stock and that i would not get it anywhere in Cape Town. Next day got it at Cavendish!!!

I went to this store and had very unprofessional and rude service. I was told the MAC product I previously bought must have been fake as apparently the colour NC20 is 'fake' when bought in Asia. If your staff is unaware of your stores locations around the world, that is worrying.

What absolute poor service from the Mac staff at the V and A branch. This is a store that sells make up. It is common place that customers who are spending hundreds of rands on foundation should have the right to test the colors before purchasing. I was simply told that there are no testers for the foundation I needed and that they couldn’t help me. I guess my R3000 spend was more appreciated at the Arc store. Thumbs down to this branch of Mac!!

Putrid service. I was recommended this brand and decided to visit the closes store from where I reside. The lady who assisted me applied a colour that does not match my skin tone at all. I had waited a bit to be assisted and the staff are unprofessional and rude. Please try a different store.

I entered the store and asked about the latest lipstick in red. The store attendant proceeded to tell me if I try the lipstick it’s at my own risk so if I get herpes or Covid it my problem. What a way to chase a customer away!!!

The rudest, most unprofessional bunch. There is a short Blonde lady who is especially rude. I wonder is that the criteria, when this shop recruits staff cause if it is, you are doing an excellent job.

Oh my goodness!! What a rude and terrible service I received. Even my 7 year old daughter was not impressed at all. I miss the old staff, except the gay guy who is still there extremely Rude! The way he bloody Jane's my child for standing on the way". IM STILL LIVID!!"
