this is for the strubens valley store. i would rate this lower because since buying a bed set my mother has had endless issues with the product, and suffers from anxiety, stress and sleepless, uncomfortable nights. we were told how beds were refurbished and resold and this is unacceptable. for the 6months going back and forth on email (with CPT and JHB offices) and actual store visits to the strubens valley branch(where the bed was purchased), there is still no outcome to this matter. empty promises are made. what more must one do to get our money back since suffering mentally and physically from this, they are not prepared to assist us satisfactory enough, and we not asking for freebies, we paid for a product that is of poor standard. knowing that beds are refurbished, how can they even sell the public a product and claim its new? what proof do we as consumers have that the product is brand new? there may be plenty customers that are satisfied with their service, we are not. the team in the store can only do this much, yet even with promises from the team at the store, no response. we the consumer ALWAYS lose. fix this problem, you as a brand are in a position to do so, we not asking for a shop, we need the problem resolved that stems from your business and poor quality.

The service from The Bed Centre, Montague Gardens were fantastic. Rukshana gave excellent advice and you can see she knows her product well. The service was amazing and friendly and we were kept updated regarding delivery dates, etc. Price was also excellent. Even the gentleman doing the delivery kept in contact to make sure that we knew exactly when the bed will be delivered.Can definitely recommend them!
