Quick friendly service at 1/3 of dealership prices

You get squeaky brakes, then you get squeeling brakes, then you get screaming brakes, then you get Ferobrake. I brought my car back 3 times. Each time you had my car for a full day. Each time the brakes was only quiet for 1-2 days before the brakes will start screeching each time I brake. Best of all is, since I had them fitted, the brakes will make loud continuous noises while I am not even braking. They also sometimes make very skeptical mechanical noises as if they are not properly fitted. All of this happening on a car that is only 1 year old. I will not even waste my time taking my car back again to have it checked out, because you already had 3 chances and your incompetence has brought us nowhere.

I spend over R20K at Ferobrake to fix the clutch on my 2003 VW Kombi. I could be wrong, but I do not think the clutch is 100% For instance, the clutch pedal is slow to regain it's position. On my firths outing, my car could not select gears after about 20 km. Ferobrake promptly fixed that with only a small cost to me. Although the staff at Ferobrake is very professional and friendly, I am not sure they have an experienced driver there to test drive my vehicle. How do I proceed?
