This is the most incompetent pharmacy ever. Medipost did a fabulous job regarding delivery of our chronic medication. I sent my prescription two weeks ago and am still waiting. When you call they take you from one person to another. I am really disappointed with Marara Pharmacy. Gems will be receiving alot of complaints. :(

Marara is the most incompetent service provider i have ever seen. I have been taking chronic meds for more than 20 yrs and been with gems since the beginning,i have never struggled so much to get my meds with medipost,now its been 3 months since i received my chronic medication and when i call im told it was long delivered,must a person die 1st b4 gems does something about this thief called marara,looks like a tender given to a relative with no clue to what to be done

Really lousy service. They don't deserve even 1 star. After many months' of hassle free and prompt service from Medipost, this terrible service is more than disappointing. I have not received chronic meds for my mom for two months now. The last prompt dispatch was from Medipost. Whoever Marara Pharmacy is, they are not deserving of this contract.

I am on chronic medications for more than 5 years. My medications were religiously delivered by Medipost. I emailed through my new script on the 19th of April 2023. When 2 weeks passed without receiving my parcel I made a follow up telephonically to Gems they put me through to Marara pharmacy which is useless. I have not received my medications up to to date

Like all the others rating Marara and the extremely poor courier service, I can't begin to describe how frustrated and disappointed I am with the service provided. Numerous telephone calls and emails later, no luck!! I will go to the pharmacy to try to get my medication. Since 27 Feb 2023, when I sent my prescription to GEMS, I have received exactly one parcel......

Marara is a terrible and absolutely incompetent service provider. I've received my chronic meds for many years, Medipost always delivered on time. I've been phoning Marara every day for the past week. Every time I'm being promised I will get my meds just to realise that I've been bluffed. Don't know what GEMS think they will get from appointing this incompetent service provider. I've been part of GEMS since they began, I never struggled this much to get meds. Was the tender given to a relative with no clue what to do? I'm very disappointed!!!

On the 12 of May I was told by GEMS assistant that my medication was dispatched and today is the 19th of May still no yet received, like so many other reviews I have come across how hard can it be to dispatch a small box. I'm also getting worried if I will get sick by medication that's been out of proper storage for too long. Medifast was the best for years

Very incompetent pharmacy ever. I am on chronic medication and have not received my HBP medication but GEMS system shows that Marara claimed for May already. The service is so poor is so much that I am without my co-copalia and I'm due for a procedure in St. Doms and required to bring all my chronic medicine. This is so pathetic and I'm only receiving this kind of service after a long time of perfect service from Medipost
