Hot and crammed shop, trolleys cannot pass side by side. Not a typical Shoprite store, feels a bit neglected. Very popular with the locals, always busy.

I cannot believe the service I received from this shopprite, I went in to buy a simple combination can opener, waited more than 15min atvthe till, kiosk is not operating, teller had a cancelation, the manager at the time was Simo Khumalo, we asked for him, he sat I the office, more than twice we called but he only responded when he saw it was fit for him to do so, please take this guy and teach him customer service and satisfaction, if not, find him his own branch where he will work on his own
