A great option for a day trip outside of the city! We did the Barn Tour and got to see some of the baby alpacas. You can also walk through the petting zoo and feed the alpacas and goats. Great option for kids too!

Cutest stop you will ever make if you on the Paarl wine route. R20 entry fee to touch the alpaca and to take photos. You also can buy food at an extra R20 to feed them. Extremely cheap and so worth it. IBeware if you over do the touching or try to hug there is a risk of biting or kicking. Just know your boundaries.The place has a cute cafe and lovely look out points.At the Alpaca Loom Cafe there is also so lies and camels.You make also buy alpaca products. The scarfed and ponchos made from alpaca are of great quality and keep you very warm but is at a great price. Value for money.I would highly recommend coming here

This place is SO Cute! I would definitely recommend trying it out if you haven't had the chance to before. You get to be one on one with ghe alpacas and pet them as well! There's other animals on the farm such as llamas, sheep, goat and camels. I would recommend doing the barn tour for a more in depth insight of the farm.They have a great coffee shop as well.

A must visit place if you are around stellenbosch area, perfect for young kids to interact with alpacas, llamas, n other farm animals. You can feed them , walk around with them and there is a play area for children too. The coffee shop is quite nice too

Friendly and knowledgeable staff great atmosphere. The pricing is good and the coffee was delicious. We did the barnyard tour R100 per person which includes entry to the petting zoo area. The animals were adorable. Excellent family outing idea

Had such a wonderful time at the Alpaca Loom Coffee shop, It was raining and cold but we braved the weather and the tour guide didn't miss a beat regardless of the cold. Learned alot and asked alot of questions. These beautiful animals have a way of making you smile and laugh. Had some hot chocolate to warm up from the very friendly staff and played some chest. All in all worth a 5 star rating.

Really love coming here. Great place for kids and animal interactions.There are tours available as well which are super informative. Also recommend coming around September/ October when there are babies.

Interesting experience. To see Llamas and Alpacas up close. You can buy handmade stuff made of Alpaca wool at the store. The coffee shop is nice. They have a guided hourly tour around the farm as well.
