Wow!!!!!!! The worst Company in the world, you will have a bill of thousands in one month .. buying electricity at pick n pay is better. Terrible customer service, you will have a cold winter due to inflated utility bills .. the competition Commission must investigate them

Worst company I have had to deal with besides maybe Telkom. Have not had power since yesterday , technician (Mandla) was sent out at 8pm sat up till 10pm for him not to show. Trying to call all morning with no luck to get through been speaking to Letty on Whatsapp requesting a call since 8am still no one has called me apparently a technician has been on the way for last 30mins but wont contact me to get an access code for my estate so when he arrives he wont get in . And now on Whatsapp they go silent and no answer. Would not recommend to anyone !

Not even worth 1 star. Been trying to get my deposit back and no one is giving me feedback. It's been more than 30 days. Please stay away cause the service of Remote Metering Solutions are terrible. Rather find yourself a home with a prepaid meter.

Fokken skelms!We were away for 3 week and deliberately plugged out everything including fridges etc. And we were still charged power per day and racked a same bill than months we were at the residence.Devi from carte blanche needs to come visit them!

Very poor service. Very little transparency in their billing system. They can't even explain how your bill can just from a R200 to a negative -R412 in a day. Would not recommend at all.Their billing system is rigged. It doesn't make sense as to how when you stay alone, you could spend more than R300 in electricity in a week. I've spent more than a R1000 in two weeks in electricity which was shocking, I don't do laundry as often nor cooking as often nor have any heavy consuming appliances, I rarely watch tv. They the worst and not happy at all. Their agents do not even give sound feedback as to how, I know people who spend what I spend in a month in 2/3 months. Don't know how they haven't been reported to the ombudsman.After moving out they didn't want to refund my deposit. They can respond and ask that you contact them to investigate but it helps with nothing. Worst serviceTENANTS SHOULD TEACH THEMSELVES TO ASK BEFORE MOVING IN AS TO THE HOW THEIR POWER GRID AT ANY COMPLEX OR APARTMENTS, THIS THIRD PARTY MANAGEMENT STUFF IS JUST A GET RICH OF TENANTS SCHEME. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND.

Pathetic services, charge high fees, don't allocate payments on time. Keep cutting off lights which result in damaged properties. I do not recommend this company. They take more than 48 to 72 hours to allocate you payments to your account.
