Cape Connect Internet

Looking at previous reviews, I definitely had some concerns signing up. But I've been with Cape Connect for a few months now and the service is amazing. They frequently post updates via their Telegram channel, they are active with updates in the Heritage Park Facebook group, Sonja was a great sales agent, the accounts department is quick to respond and their helpdesk is super friendly, patient and helpful. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Just started with Cape Connect and I can't sing their praises enough! Ahmad helped us so much with our installation where there were major complications with the previous line still being active when we moved. Communicative, transparent, initiative taking. Two thumbs up!

Cape Connect is fantastic great service.I asked for an upgrade from 50Mbps to 100Mbps and the upgrade was completed in 10 minutes unheard of as other ISP's take 2 days to upgrade a line I know I work in the industry if I could I would give you a 6 star rating. Been using cape connect for years and I'm always having problems, wifi works for 5 min then it literally gives 0 connection for 1-2 hours and when it returns its extremely slow, it doesn't happen for 1 day it continuously happens for days on end. Honestly if there was a different wifi provider I would have switched. It's extremely frustrating expectually when I really need the internet and it stops working for days, please fix these fluctuating problems with the internet, we have a 20+mbps line and it keeps going down to 4mbps when I check the speed and that number is inaccurate due to me checking by downloading something and and it's barely going 100b/s

Excellent service from Ahmad and installation team. They waited on a Friday afternoon until I got from work, to access my home and complete the installation. This is what I call customer service. Thanks Cape Connect!

Scammers ! Poor to no service at all , a complete waste of money. Ridiculous prices for a very slow to no internet connection

Been with Cape Connect Internet for a few years now, and I have received nothing but the best services from them. When I have an issue they are on it! Michelle, Sonya, Aldo and Ahmad and the entire installation team, big ups to you! We have moved a few times in the past and each time they assist with a new install and setup without complication I might add. I would recommend them as a service provider most definitely. PS... Phone lines Closed at random times (12pm on a Tuesday?) Have had to chase them for answers when they said the would get back to me . Total Jokers. Worse than Telkom

Have been with Cape Connect for a few years now, What a pleasure, they were my instillation were quick and painless, no downtime except for planed maintenance that were communicated in advance. All I can say is well done guys for me you are the best service provider in the Helderberg area.

We have been a clients of Cape Connect from the very beginning. We have always enjoyed excellent, personal and friendly service from them. There have been the inevitable problems over the years, but they have always gone out of their way to rectify them as rapidly as possible. Highly recommended.
