As a spa in a five star hotel the manner in which we were dealt with by the spa reception and salon was really disappointingA lack of willing to be accommodating considering the environment post lockdown.Given that we supported the salon during lockdown we were by purchasing a treatment in advance , we were treated without a smile and coldly.The spa assistants did not even point us to the direction of the restrooms upon arrival and made the experience feel rushed.Spa assistants did not even tell us their names.Honestly disappointing

Terrible booking process, I had to call 4 times to get the confirmationBooked a treatment for 10am for which we’re told to arrive 15min prior. We arrived at 09:50 and the spa was not open we had to wait outside until 10.The receptionist was rude, did not great and was barely willing to assistThe change room is so tiny only one person can use it at a time.The massage itself felt like I had just having my body moisturised. You will not be asked what kind of pressure you like or which areas the masseuse should focus on. I honestly get better massages from my husband at home.What a waste of a beautiful facilities with horrible service. Never going back to this spa again!

It’s a pity that a 5 star hotel would have such poorly trained staff who clearly have not been exposed to the basics of hospitality. We received dirty towels that smelt like sour milk. When notifying staff, they did not apologize at first. I asked for new clean towels, and was met with rolling eyes. The massage itself was magnificent. It’s a pity that the whole experience couldn’t have been better. Good service is expected at a 5 star resort. Friendly and accommodating staff is a basic requirement that this spa does not have.

Disgusting and unacceptable treatment from Amanda the hairstylist"! The rest of the ladies were great. Amanda has no professionalism whatsoever and messed my hair up completely.I had to go to another salon to fix what she messed up. I was warned to not go to Amanda but I chose to give her a chance

An upmarket well managed outfit with the best treatment options for relaxation. Loved it
