best customer service ever...the #1 spot when visiting cape town and need your clothes, costume, etc to be washed

I needed 30m of fabric washed and pressed overnight. Shanaaz helped me and she was a pleasure to deal with. Such a hard worker and takes such pride in her work. A pleasure to see! When I collected she even waited for me after they were closed to draw cash across the road. I'll use them for larger orders in the future - quick and convenient!

Good Day, I have tried several times to get hold of someone at your Ndabeni 22 Berkley street with no success. I stay in a complex opposite your factory and everything is covered in a black paste ash from the coal that is impossible to remove from any clothing or buildings. please can you do something about your coal storage at the back of you factory. please your reply will be greatly appreciated.

Crazy chaos, but well worth it. Did a great job on my down duvet and really good value.

The welcome was great. However; when I went to collect I was disappointed... 1)I was asked to pay about R100 more than what was on the invoice reason being they had to use 3 machines... one would expect them to know when they collect your laundry. 2) they only accept cash so it meant I had to drive to the nearest Atm since I had brought only enough as per the invoice. 3) Although some of my clothes were done properly and all of them folded neatly, 3 items were clearly not clean with one them bearing a stain that was not originally there. Not sure if they are meant to take smaller orders because it seemed like the focus was on the huge piles of linen inside.

The actual laundry service and the quality of the dry-cleaning is really good and efficient. However it's more about the customer interaction which is of concern. The staff are friendly and efficient but when they engage with customers they need to wear their masks (it is very uncomfortable) and also the service can have a much more user-friendly interface (maybe an appropriate walk-in front desk) for customers who are doing single batches for drop-off and pickups. Also would recommend using card services in addition for cash-only.
