Friendly service and I usually get a good deal.

As usual useless closed at 12pm and online shows 13:00 typical

Was told item was held aside, came there before they opened and item was sold

On the 8th of September I spoke to Pauline, I requested feedback on a loan I applied for 2 weeks before. I was told my account was dormant and they need to sort it out with FNB. 2 weeks later I call only to find out that there has been a change of staff. I get helped by Pauline. The next day after whatsapping her, still no reply. I sent her a message and she said she is busy with the online" whatever that means. On the 13th of October I messaged her to find what's going on and her exact words were " I have to understand she isn't everyday at that branch". Now being someone who runs his own business
