Always very efficient service. Never experienced any issues over the years. They really know what they're doing & are very careful with things like faux fur throws, bedding, etc.

Very happy with Fresh The Laundry. They are cheaper than other laundromats I used to go to, they are open till later than most other places in the area, and the staff are very friendly. Cant really ask for much more.

Dreadful! I put two very expensive items in and my cream trousersuit came back grey. It was obviously cleaned with dark clothes and colours had run! This occurred despite me asking for the items to be treated with care and gentle chemicals. Never again! I should have waited until I got back to the UK to have them cleaned, lesson learned!

Arrived before 9am. Was ignored after entering and greeting three times. When eventually served it was with a poor attitude. At 15:30 no sms which I was told I'd receive, so I call, I'm told the folder is going home and the other lady's cant fold my washing, I will only get it tomorrow. I won't be back unfortunately.

Brought a plush blanket there, they charged us R150 for it. For that price we were at least hoping for a smile or a decent customer service but nope... when we went to pick the blanket up, after receiving a message saying that it was ready, the lady was saying no it's not here and was not nice at all. So 1 star is because it's the less I can choose. Never again

Good day, let me qualify my rating. I came into your shop a few minutes before giving this rating. I waited at reception after ringing the ball a few times. Your staff where in the background chatting and making jokes about who must come and attend to me. I kept ringing the bell and one of them looked straight at me from one of the rooms window and didn’t even move. So yes, you will no record of your service to me because I chose to walk out. I’m new in the area so I googled another spot which I found in kloof. I took my items there.
