Very lazy bunch, they told me that a form needs to be completed by 1 person with same hadwriting which was just monsense and i had to drive to Randfontein who sorted me out in minutes.

I should give then half a star because this is the third time coming here to get my ID done and the service is very poor , they kept saying that the system was offline but there was no load shedding . I'm very disappointed , the lines are very long

The service is so bad! I got there at 6 in the morning and left at 3 in the afternoon. That's a whole 9 hours of waiting for a simple procedure. They need to do better

Worse service! The employees don’t work. They sit and have conversations with each other and not assist or communicate with us. This place needs serious audit of employees!

Was here at 06:30 to be first in line for our son's first ID and we only left at 13:30. Service is slow and every 5 minutes someone else goed for an hour long break.
