Very cheeky staff. I booked for a pedicure and was not asked which treatment. I was automatically given the most expensive treatment which was painful and I didn't want only to have the product chip the same day. Not impressed

So I walk in tell them I want to do the R370 deal with the massage ,exfoliate ,paint and I tell the lady I want cutex on my toes - they proceed by putting gel cutex on my toes ..I kept quiet cause she said it’s (cutex and gel) not saying with an extra price just those two words :) I didn’t embarrass myself I paid the bill and left but I hate it when ppl do not listen . The lady didn’t get a tip because I had to pay beyond what I expected and that’s on her : I wanted cutex so I could come back and do a colour I really wanted in gel . I truly despise it when people just assume

Had a my nails done by Phindi and was very pleased with them, bio sculpture and gelish paint, she is really good. Especially now that I moved to the area and had to leave my previous therapist. Also had my feet done with Sonto, she is jut fabulous! I recommend both ladies who a just fantastic.

Such a bad experience and not the first time at this salon. The nails I did tips with gelish polish , the ladies work very fast but very uncaring attitude. You can see the roughness , my nail bed began to bleed during the treatment because she filed it so hard over the skin . I also booked a massage that day and it was one of the worst I’ve had . My back feels bruised days later . Was a very uncomfortable and unhappy experience overall .

Thank you Sorbet. The lady that brought my drink was super friendly and had a warm smile, hairdresser was great and nail tech did a fabulous pedi. I will be back.

I had gel nails and eye brows done. Chipped the next day, eyebrows was waxes into wrong shape and they were different. My mom had bio sculpture nails done that also chipped in a few days. Have never been back and will never go again. Are the people doing it even qualified.

Today my daughter went in for a haircut. Her hair length was below her bottom. She wanted it cut to halfway down her back. She showed the stylist a picture and video. She also physically showed her where her hair should end. What she got was hair that sit above her shoulders. The layers are not right, the fringe is not correct. And all the stylist said was Oops "She is devastated
