Pedros Montclair

The food is always good here but I'd rather drive out of montclair to Overport/ the bluff/Newlands. The service is unreasonably slow. Average waiting time has been 50mins - 1hr from my experience. I placed an order, drove to Morningside, picked up an order, drove back and still waited 20minsParking issue also needs to get addressed. It's either you're lucky enough to get the 3 parkings in front of the store or you park in front of other businesses/a bus stop/ a driveway or illegally in the island.They have also never had stock of pap, I don't know why it's on the menu

I ordered food from ur store only for it to be cancelled after 1 1/2 hour of waiting coz it was 30 before it was closing time.. I even received a call from someone at the restaurant asking me if it was OK to swap poppers to wedges. I then had to try and order again only for me to be unable to do so.. Very disappointing service

I'm so happy with the servicei always receive from Pedro's in Montclair, food quality, exceptional customer service ...the staff is very friendly and s welcoming. Keep up the good work!!!! Will definitely come back and will always do.

Called in to place an order was told orde will be ready in 20mins, get to the store pay and get the receipt which has a current order number, so actually calling in and ordering in advance serves no purpose, anyway waited another 25mins for the orderThe lady packing the order was calling out what was in the packet when we noticed they gt the flavors wrong so I didn want to wait longer so I accepted the order as it was went home oy to discover they got the 2 of the 4 pieces of chicken wrong I ordered 4 quarter breast they gave 2 breast 2 thigh and I notice the last 2 times ordering the wing on the breast piece comes mangled doesn even look like a wing and the hot wings r getting smaller and smaller right now they probably the same size as chicken licken wings. Seems they have gained customer trust in the past with good food and nw are just out to exploit that trust with rubbish service and quality of the food seems to be following suite. Also the ladies packing the orders seem have a problem in calling the order numbers when they are ready on another occasion I was watching what they were doing and she packed the order and placed it back on the shelf, I had to go to the cashier and ask for the order to be handed to me as she didn call my number also the lack of order when queuing to collect orders is ridiculous especially when it comes to the Mr D and Uber drivers it would seem like they get priority over regular customers and take over the entire counter space, with the service getting so bad maybe it's an idea to make the store for delivery only as it seems the focus is on the delivery guys anyway

Always love your food, please can you bring back the chicken paella. It was amazing but since it has disappeared of the menu on both Mr D and Uber Eats. Really good chow!

Excellent food, super affordable prices, great management and staff. Pedro's is our to go to place now. Tonight was our favourite Strips and Spicy Rice.

At Montclair Pedro I bought Happy Meal mild (to be cut in 4 )but as you can see in this picture that is not 4 pieces it's like you took leftovers pieces and put them together and Ifound hair inside the chips . I have been a customer since the branch opened andhaven't experienced this poor service , I know you are very busy but at the end of the day we individually expect perfect service.kindly rectify this mistake as soon as possible. This is totally unacceptable . I hope I get a reply every soon .Yours trulyNondumiso

Much better in quality and price than the other chicken outlets

The food is spectacular, well cooked and absolutely delicious. My only issue is that when I've ordered over the app and I order the pap they sometimes won't have it and then they don't let me know. When I get there I have to wait for them to make my order from scratch with chips as a substitute.I wish they would just call me to inform me that they have no pap and then I will be able to change it to chips instead of the long wait.The service in-store is very friendly and the food is mouth watering and cooked to perfection.

I have a 70, 30 % split with Pedro's at the moment. 70 % of the time my order is incorrect.Ordered a full meal. Half hot, half mild with sprinkle spice. Emphasized well done. Get home,the mild half has basting. Chicken not well done. It's 8pm. What do you guys expect is to do. I asked the person handing me the order to Confirm if it was correct and she did. Can't go on getting orders wrong. At the moment you only get my support cz it's cheap, overall experience is kak. Kills all expectations
