Terrible customer service, walked in having seen a laptop backpack in front of store. Picked up a backpack to have a look (yes I accidentally bumped a smaller bag as I picked it up) & was hurriedly told to take the backpack away from the front of the store / door as if I was going to try run off with it. Get to allocated space" to look at the backpack & when I asked the store attendant basic info such as what size laptop it could accommodate or where the laptop sleeve was - he couldn't answer & told me it was model XYZ. Another attendant had to come over to help & answered the questions but wasn't very welcoming. Very awkward atmosphere

One of the Worst experiences we have EVER had! From entry to exit the store assistant was sluggish and had a non engaging attitude. When challenged she even lied about her willingness to deliver a service. With sarcasm. Good luck to the already stressed business owners to make ends meet with staff like this.

I bought 2 very expensive R7,000.00 bags each. Samsonite was the brand. I dropped the one bag from a trolley and it cracked at the bottom right through. They would not fix it for me or replace it. Will never buy one from them again. Used it for the 2nd time only. They were on special, it cost us R14,000.00 for both. Hard case too. What a joke.
