Ordered a pulled chicken pita with cheese.I felt like I had ordered a stale coleslaw pita; the chicken was very little and the cheese was a lump at the bottom of the pita.After raising it with the staff member, I was told that all the ingredients are there and I just need to mix all items to see them.

This is the last straw we came in Nandos at Harrismith it is clearly we are not welcomed here especially with the kitchen people who always mixing up our orders and bring it to the table telling us to change it ourselves they mixed it up...it is not the first time we receive such treatment....Tnx to Setati who told me to asked for her when we are at the Nandos....Gladly we receive this treatment in her presence and shame poor girl with good heart she kept apologizing and even take our food to correct it..clearly there is only one person who knew the reason why she is working at Nandos Harrismith and it's only Setati the rest they don't respect their jobs and customers...Setati Thank you for your service sis don't stop there

Delicious! Probably one of the best Nandos I've been to.Ordered my favorite: Cheese Carnival Burger with Peri-Peri Wedges. Portion was fresh and (temperature) hot. While the spicy hot was a bit on the mild side in my opinion, I'll let it slide for the portion, presentation and tastiness.Bonus points: they played really groovy Spanish (I think) music. Totally a vibe

The expensive milkshake was 25 percent solid ice cubes. Management was not helpful when i emailed them after my journey.

Nandos Harrismith is by far the best! Depending on the time you visit, it can get crowded and busy. The food is good and served fairly quickly, and the service is great.

Good patient and helpful staff.Chip fries were good too.Breast chicken was as good as thigh-leg.Quiet clean for such a busy place.
