Absolutely disgraceful! Would never even think of ever going back. Found open condoms on the floor ,they don't even deserve that one star. On top of everything their lounge prices are absolutely ridiculous concerning the hookahs !

I could not complete my stay. This place is a scam! Booked online had to prepay with my card. Payment processed. I arrived to check in and the establishment advised, they do not use Booking.com. I was scammed out of my accommodation payment.

The place is good and nice but their services from the lounge is digraced, i think the own should take out the first lady from running things and put someone professional there, you cant scream for your employees infront of the clients telling them that you can fired them was there i could not hold myself hearing from that woman screaming at them and they should also improved their bathrooms its very dirty, their prices are ridiculous.

It was an ok experience. The lady at the reception was very friendly. I just didn't receive the wifi password and the music from the other guests were so loud.
