Imagine eating a ZINGER box meal, with absolutely no zinger sauce at all. N then they wana claim u swapped the chips for some coleslaw. Im not a cow... I order from kfc to eat meat... Not coleslaw

I order two double crunch burgers , the size of the filet Patty's was so small it is a rip off the burgers is getting smaller but more expensive. It was a real bad experience. My finger is just there for reference.

Ordered food on the 15th of December on the KFC app, never got the food, went to KFC and told them the story and they said we should call the call center and we did, they asked if we wanted a refund and we said Yes the person on the call said it will be in our bank within 14 days, but No it's not. Will definitely go back to this KFC and hopefully they can sort it out otherwise I will open a case of fraud. This is unacceptable.

They messed our order up again. Can't get back inside to tell them. So again the family was upset. went to nandos and just ordered what was short. KFC Newcastle has to jack their service up. Who keeps their slip for fast food that's all the managers ask for.

I visited kfc today , an employee came up to me and asked me to use my phone to complete a survey I said no , she then proceeded to harass me and push to use my phone , the employee then stated that of I let her use my phone, I would get a free peace of chiken believing it was a good deal I proceeded to complete the survey, once completing the survey she said she was joking about it after using my personal data and believing in a deal of a free peice of chicken she laughed at me and walked away , I then proceeded to ask who the manager is and no one answered they spoke in a language I do nit understand I then Decided to wake up and look for the manager, the employee lied that he was a manager and took his employee part , they both laughed in my face I then threatened to walk in the back and look for the manager. the manager came out and resolved the issue but still took the employees side , this behavior is unacceptable and inappropriate In a work place .

It was delicious but the hot wings were not that hot,the ice cream was creamy and delicious, and the workers were sooooo friendly
