I found Bertus Swanepoel to be very professional. He has a very comforting way of speaking to his patients. This makes it easy to open up and share your needs and heartache with him.

For the longest time I felt that something must be wrong with me. Relationships don't work out, frustration levels were always high and not only was I dissatisfied with life I was disappointed with myself. Bertus has been such a blessing to me. He is teaching me how to navigate my mind and for once I truly feel someone is in my corner. He makes me feel like my progress is just as important to him as it is to me. I have learnt that I can be. Happy with where and who I am.... Not despite my imperfections but rather because of them. Understanding how to navigate and relearn the implications of certain thoughts to live a content productive life. I would recommend him to everyone who is ready to face what scares you and not have to face it alone.

Bertus is amazing. He gave me the tools I needed to look at my situation in a new light. We focused on accepting and appreciating the emotions and feelings I have and to let go of some of the doubts and constant critical thinking I was struggling with.
