Bad customer service, cashiers stand around waiting for better days while customers stand in line for ages! Prices are not that reasonable either. Please treat your customers better or else you will lose more business.

I don't understand why all the shop attendants are right at the back. No one is manning the front of the store. Makes it so easy for shoplifting. Look at Westgate mall store. Cashier is in front and can see who comes in and out of the store.
