The staff are to preoccupied by their phones and talking to each other to help customers. I stood at the shoe section for 10 minutes without any assistance. Multiple employees walked pas but were to focused on their phones to help me.

My man Samuel in the fragrance section of The Tygervalley’s Foschini gave us the best service today. So informative and insightful. 10/10 service, recommended coming here and chatting to him if you’re on the hunt for a new fragrance.

Beginning of June Shanaaz from the Elizabeth Aarden counter introduced, assisted and guided me on getting started on this skincare product. She is a beaut. Two months down the line and she still assists and guide me. This is truely taking pride in what she does and caring for her customer. To Elizabeth Aarden, look after her. She is a keeper.

Have never experienced good service at this specific Foschini. Always just 1 or 2 working till points with THE slowest service. Works well when the manager is around, but attitude drops as soon as he leaves.Would honestly drive further just to go to a shop with better staff.

Very happy with the customer service, friendly staff, was there a few weeks ago to open up a account, walked me through everything ( this was my first account so was nervious) explained everything so well, just awesome experience overall, very chill and understanding staff, 5 star for sure.

I've had a great experience recently when I opened an account at Foschini Tygervalley. Connie went out of her way to assist me and even when she was done with the admin of opening my account she continued to assist with a jacket that wasn't in my size, after she personally searched the whole store for it. She then ordered one from the Swellendam branch and a day later phoned me to let me know I can collect it (Even when I didn't pick up she left a voice message and phoned me the next day again). I was quite surprised to receive this kind of service from Foschini as my overall experience over the years wasn't that great. I will definitely visit the store again. Thank you Connie.

I had a horrible customer service experience from the manager Nobuntu. She is pathetic with zero management skills. I bought a shapewear and wanted to exchange for a smaller size. She came and said something to cashier regarding the exchange and left us amused without giving clear instructions, she did not even greet me as a customer I felt degraded. I have been dealing with Connie a. lot when I'm there she's the best. I have also escalated this horrific experience to your head office and will take it further with Retail Ombudsman and all other social platforms. I'm the customer and I should be treated with respect.

Very poor customer service. Lady cashier by the beauty side was busy gossiping with another male colleague about a customer I found that absolutely unprofessional an I just left everything I had and walked out of the store
