Been waiting almost a month for an stc.... My R50000 is still sitting with them...really? Up and untill this sale I never had bad dealings with them. I trust this is an once off problem.

Nice place and great site,but the registration/fica takes forever. Other places is much more faster with the fica/registration. And it seems like some people get the upper hand.Also not a lot of parking

The website require someone who is familiar with the auctions otherwise you will take long to understand the whole process as it is not a normal way of buying a car or house or even the furniture..

Make sure you understand their added costs. Charge extra for a vehicle' s registration certificate which other auction houses dont charge for. Currently R2100 extra for the paperwork on top of their buyers commision etc.

Items sold as a “runner” are not always true.I bought a truck on a Cape Town auction, on the inspection day we were not allowed to start the vehicle however on bidding it was was marked and sold as runner. After winning the bid we went to collect and found the following.-seized brakes-truck not passed roadworthy for 3 years-engine pushing compression back into the cooling system(later found it it had a cracked head and previously overheated)I brought my concern up with the director , (Martin) within 24hours and was told that he will not assist toward getting the vehicle into a “running condition”state as auctioned nor will he refund the transaction.WH auctioneers are brilliant and reliable auctioneers in terms of selling and receiving goods but should the item you bought be incorrectly sold or have issues the liability will be on you the buyer. What you see is what you get ,Note the runner I bought is yet to run!
