Looks like a small pond but 11 m deep, clear water. You can braai under the wilge trees and swim/scuba in the clear water which is the origin of the Marico River. Road there is quite bad requires high clearance. R60 pp entrance

The facilities are old and not clean. The place needs an upgrade. The road to the Marico Oog is terrible. Many potholes. The scenery is beautiful though.

Inland scuba dive site, a bit hard to find and out of the way, but definitely a must. Crystal clear water 13m deep. Nice camping facility. Awesome night diving. Friendly staff.
