Absolutely the worst service, I have been filling in fuel for years there, using the convenience store and the car wash without issue.But apparently it is the most impossible task to get a fuel slip from them, nevermind that the office staff lied originally about where to get the slips. The people who run the garage on the ground have always been amazing but the office staff clearly lacking in basics. Three days to get a slip thats on the system with no luck still. Absolutely shocking.

Terrible service at the counter and steers. Manager and staff refuse to allow us to use engine app at the steers counter. On the other side 2 minutes before that i purchased on the engine app. Manager is arrogant and rude. For over a week i was told card machine is not working. Manager is worst than the staff. Manager needs to change her attitude and then maybe staff will. O stars for them. Your'll are making a name for yourselves with bad reviews

Car was broken into when asked to review video footage was denied and told to ask police to request footage. Went to police station and they asked if we have the footage.

Digusting behavior they search your car. Take what they want. They unbelievably turned my radio on without my permission and put it so loud like they don't give a dam. Terribly disgusted the owner should be disappointed in his staff. I handed them the receipt for the car wash and the guy comes back and tells me I didn't and challenged my that I didn't give it to him. This is shocking behavior I will never use this car wash again. To the owner of this your car wash does not deserve to be at a Engen cause the level of service I get from the engen is amazing wish I could say the same about this pathetic car wash.

I am a frequent customer at your Engen garage and I am yet to see your manager (Indian lady) wear a mask. The staff wear their masks and customers are informed via notices at your entrance. We are in a situation where numbers are rising and we all need to play our part, As leaders we lead by example. Please can this be addressed immediately as a serious concern as its no good for your brand and store if you are a franchise. You have cameras please go back and have a look Date 14/12 - 6:40am.... Not acceptable!!!!

Terrible car wash. The guys are rude and do such a dirty job. The guys sit around and do nothing as a result the water and soap dry leaving your car more dirty.

Worst service experienced at this service station last night at 22:00pm. No attendants available while only one staff member was attending to another customer. Saw another customer furiously drive off. We helped ourselves to tyre pressure and patiently waited whilst a petrol attendant blatantly went from pump to pump inspecting the speed point machines, obviously trying to look busy. We drove off and found another service station. Management seriously required as well as change of staff!!!!
