I have to say that in this day and age good service is almost a lost skill- but i was referred to Craig at React Appliance Repair and i am absolutely thrilled with his service- not only did he keep me posted, he asked for no advance, kept his appointed time and work done efficiently and quick!I cannot recommend him enough!Keep up the great work Craig!

Absolutely brilliant. Had another company come out and they quoted very high . Told him so and he left. Called Craig and he came out to check the machine . Not only did he repair my machine but he discovered a part plugged out by previous repair man ( Jet 7 ).He then repaired my mom's machine without parts and refused a penny for his time . I wish their were more men like him . Honest and reliable .

One of Craig’s technician, Reagan, came to help out with my washing machine. He was friendly and gave me a lot of good tips on how to take better care of my machine. The whole process of working with React was easy and efficient and pleasant and I’d recommend them to anyone!
