Steve Madden

The stuff there seem to be interested in assisting a certain type of people and by certain type of people I mean those wearing Gucci and LVs if you walk in there wearing your day to day outfit and you ask questions you'll be given one word answers and no attention at all. This is my least favourite Steve Madden. For better customer service you can go to Fourways or MOA.

Affordable with variety of items

Got my third pair of formal shoes at this store. They provide quality and style at affordable prices.

I like their shoes and need to get a different brand from what I have. I found a per of sneakers, uniquely designed and with the branding that is not too much visible and into peoples eyes.This is good as people ask about it.

They need to sell all kinds of shoes. Not the high heels only

My 1st Steve Maddens. Visited the Sandton City shop, was told that these babies are online only and 5 days later....Absolutely in love.

This store is the height of incompetence. We were made to wait 15 minutes for a teller and Manager to chat to us when trying to return a pair of shoes that was bought 38 days ago, bearing in mind that the store was extremely quiet.Furthermore being told the shoes are worn when that is physically impossible given that the shoes do not fit. Then we were told that they don't do exchanges post 30 days when the official policy on their website is that exchanges are possible post 30 days.The manager was exceptionally unhelpful and incompetent and the rationale for this behavior is that the manager was lazy to perform the exchange.The Sandton City Steve Madden is absolutely useless. You are better off purchasing Steve Madden products from Edgar's or the Eastgate Steve Madden.10/10 would not recommend

Poor customer service and very judgmental staff.We got there with my sister, the staff were on the phone all three ladies.Customer services is needed, phones are to be used when its lunch time or tea time.
