Grande Kloof Boutique Hotel

That place for the price I paid,was not worth it the hotel is beautiful bt the rooms not as advertised,the showers have molt,the cleaners don't do a good job,the management she's so kind ey,I would still go back only if they renovate the rooms..I recommend the hotel to my brother I hope he won't get disappointed.

This place is called a Boutique HotelI have experienced venues that is not even star rated to be in a far better condition" as this hotel.The matress is making a noice if you turn. You could feel the bed Springs as you lay in the bed.Bathroom was in a poor condition.We had water running down the roof and splashing on the toilet.I would like to know who did the inspection when they were rated as a Boutique Hotel ."

WHAT A DUMP OF A PLACE! Personally, I wish I had read all the negative reviews thoroughly before booking. The review is actually 0/5. I had the worst 5 day experience at Grande Kloof Hotel. Unfortunately all of CPT was fully booked at the time hence I was stuck in that dump. The management is very poor with the manager Elza and her husband being rude and making empty promises, the rooms are filthy and not as advertised, breakfast was awful (I only ate for one morning) as well as the facilities very dirty (I highly recommend a safety and health inspection to be conducted because the toilets and bathroom are filthy). In addition, the doors didn't lock properly and got jammed which is a safety issue, especially for myself as a female. My rooms on some day weren't even cleaned. I had no peaceful sleep as I was worried I'd be surrounded by rats and cochroaches. All in all, please do yourself a favor by reading my review and saving yourself your hard earned money before having endless headaches. There are much better places elsewhere, even opposite the place!The facility has lots of room for improvement but the management is awful and serious training needs to be conducted! The only person who was reliable and attended to my concerns after my complaint is a sweet lady called Kelly, who I believe should be the manager.In conclusion, there are negative reviews for a reason. I highly recommend you read in detail and think of booking elsewhere. It's not worth it.

Had a great experience at the grande kloof hotel .l fancied mostly how they attended promptly to every request. The food was good,the location convinient to access Capetown CBD.The receptionist attention to my needs made the stay quit pleasant.

Usually not someone that complains but take note:Self-catering units are extremely outdated and overpriced at R2500 a night. Dirty and smells like a chain smoker stays there . Have a look at the images posted, not close to what website advertised. No generator during loadshedding. Terrible parking facilities and no remote for gate .

Don't miss out, well established hotel, polite and friendly staff always has smiles on their faces. Well managed staff members, excellent hospitality, 0%disappointments, highly recommended. Please do yourselves a favor and make your way to grande kloof hotel. Keep it up.

We had a great time me and my partner. The rooms were so neat and we loved the jacuzzi, thank you Kelly for making the stay unforgettable ❤️

What an amazing stay we had .We checked in in the Seaview apartments we really enjoyed .My family and I were so happy to be there .Service was 100% .The Manager so generous and Kelly you are a star she got us the best room exactly what we need and assisted us the whole stay .I will recommend you guys everyone

Do not touch this so called 4 star Boutique Hotel as you will be sincerely disappointed. Room not made up etc by 16:00, no back up generator during loadsheddind except for bar and reception. Manager did not know much, even that my room had an electricity meter which ran out of units and trying to report same the telephone at 22:30 ish was not answered. Bar price for one pint beer is R40, on departure manager wanted R45 saying the bar price menu was wrong. Parking is ok if you like street parking otherwise limited on hotel security. Healthy breakfast of mixed fresh, muesli and yogurt costs R100 and takes 30 minutes to be served, but only from 7:30 am. On departing the manager said he would e-mail me the hotel invoice which he did not. Following reminding reception of this I got an invoice for 2 persons, and wait for it.....wanting to charge me for an extra night which they said I requested and said that they cannot amend the invoice. No stories, I sincerely recommend you swerve this establishment.
