My 86 year old mum is currently being treated for really severe varicose ulcers in the Phoenix Durban branch. Sarika and Georgia are most amazing human beings..full of compassion and very professional.Everything is arranged remotely from transport to punctual appointents,assessment and feedback (including her sugar levels and bp) as I dont live ewith mum.Theres much improvement with their advanced techniques, cleaning of the wound and products used. After my 78 years old mum was treated by her podiatrist for diabetic foot callus ulcer, he advised us to seek a wound nurse to help in recovery of her foot. Google came to my aid and I found two of the most sweetest agles Georgia and Mellisa at the Holistic Advanced Wound Care Clinic in Phoenix, on my initial contact Georgia responded to my query after business hours, expllained the procedure and booked our appointment. On the morning of our appointment we received an appointment reminder. On arrival to the wheelchair friendly neat rooms, we were greeted by Georgia at the door with a warm welcome, I knew that my mum will be in good hands. Meeting Mellisa who is equally friendly in the procedure room, set us at rest. The ladies are highly professional and well skilled. They know wounds and their holistic approach aids in swift recovery, They explained their process throughout, always asking my mum if she was in any discomfort or pain. and adjusting their skilled workmenship to accommodate her needs. With their use of natural holistic meds her wound reduced by 1cm in just three days. This was remarkable. Mum is inproving with every treatment. A big thank you to Georgia and Mellisa for taking care and treating my mum. I can see the passion, devotion and patience that you guys show in your work and more importantly in your patients. Excellent service, very patient and treat people with alot of respect, Georgia and Melissa are amazing people, my mum had extremely bad ulcer on her legs and they did an excellent job of getting her healed, they had the patient's and use world class wound dressing, met Sarika the owner, whom is a simply down to earth person and whom also display very caring personality. They are the best. I have taken my mum to other places and the wound was not healing, but they got it right. Stay blessed and keep doing an excellent job.
