Please be aware that they can only import products from SA- you cannot use this as a dropshipping service for products originating outside of SA because they do not have a bonded warehouse. I was told the opposite by an uninformed employee and I ended up having to reroute the shipment at the last minute. In general, I would not trust the phone reps- it seems if they don't know an answer they will just tell you what they think instead of asking someone who knows.All in all, there are other couriers operating in GC with far higher professional standards.
